Teens are not getting physical activity at school as they used to, which has contributed to trouble focusing on academics.  The benefits teens will see in their general fitness and academics are usually the bigger motivators to enroll in a fitness program.  

 

We want the kids to be safe, get fit, and have fun.

 

As teenagers, fitness is a fun and efficient way for young athletes to develop the strength and conditioning base they need to excel in their sport of choice.  Fitness is great for kids because of the wide variety of disciplines it involves, from weightlifting to calisthenics to gymnastics.

 

This program will teach your teenager how to be explosive and powerful in whatever athletic endeavor they choose to participate in.  Because the workouts are constantly varied, they are less likely to suffer injuries that plague common training routines and year-round sports.

Additional age groups will be added.
