CrossFit for Kids/Teens

When: June 12th thru July 27th
Class Time: Monday thru Thursday; 10:30am to 11:30am
Age: 10 thru 16 years old (parents/guardians are welcome to attend)
Cost: $100/person for 26 classes (no classes July 3rd or 4th)
Class Cap: 20 kids, registration deadline June 1st



Kids are not getting physical activity at school as they used to, which has contributed to trouble focusing on academics. The benefits kids will see in their general fitness and academics are usually the bigger motivators to enroll in a fitness program.
We want the kids to be safe, get fit, and have fun.
As kids, fitness is a fun and efficient way for young athletes to develop the strength and conditioning base they need to excel in their sport of choice. Fitness is great for kids because of the wide variety of disciplines it involves, from weightlifting to calisthenics to gymnastics.
This program will teach your child how to be explosive and powerful in whatever athletic endeavor they choose to participate in. Because the workouts are constantly varied, they are less likely to suffer injuries that plague common training routines and year-round sports.
